MantisWAP provides WAP enabled phones and PDAs with easy access to Mantis Bug Tracker. This is a great asset for support staff and developers who need to access Mantis while on the go. MantisWAP can easily be integrated with existing Mantis installations without having to modify the existing Mantis code.

Compatiblity

- MantisWAP does not require changes to your Mantis installation files.
- MantisWAP uses Mantis API and is compatible with Mantis 1.x.x releases. It may work with previous releases.
Installation
Installing MantisWAP is as simple as copying some files to your Mantis root folder. Note that these files do not overwrite Mantis distribution files.
Demo
Signup to http://www.futureware.biz/mantisdemo, then you can access the MantisWAP demo at http://www.futureware.biz/mantisdemo/wap.php. You can test the WAP interface using your WAP device or a normal web browser.
License
MantisWAP license costs US$25 and is valid for one Mantis installation. Once the payment is made contact vboctor at users dot sourceforge dot net and you will be granted access to MantisWAP releases area.
Feedback
MantisWAP issues should be reported in Futureware bugtracker. Feel free to report bugs as well as feature requests. It is a delicate balance regarding what features to add to the WAP interface without making it too complex, so it would be of great value to get your feedback. Patches can be contributed by submitting issues to the bugtracker and attaching a zip file containing all the added or modified files.
