Thread Safety

Public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.

An example is where an issue refers to the project is belongs to. In some cases it can know the id, in others, the name, or sometimes both.
